The makers of Veere Di Wedding organised a special
screening of the film starring Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and
Shikha Talsania, last night at PVR Icon, Versova. The event was a star-studded
affair and it was attended by the who’s who of industry. Sonam Kapoor and hubby
Anand Ahuja made a dashing entry at the screening. Janhvi & Khushi along
with dad Boney Kapoor and Karan Johar too arrived.

Talking about the film, SpotboyE.com Editor, Vickey Lalwani
rated the movie with 4 stars and said, “If I haven't said it all in my title,
then here is exactly what I felt about the film. As the firebrand four say it
often in their lines, let me also say it in context of the makers: It needs
balls to make such a film. I am not a sucker for films where the F word is
used, but here its usage (mind you, frequent) did not make me cringe even
a wee bit. It just goes with the flow, it's required, in fact, many times you
say it under your breath even before Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Swara
Bhaskar or Shikha Talsani utter it.”
Well, the critic reviews flowing in are great, let’s see
how the audience receives the film when it hits the theatres tomorrow (June
1).
